Based in Bishopton, Scotland, Fred Morrison Pipes Ltd retails a range of bellows and mouth blown bagpipes designed by renowned piper, Fred Morrison. We also stock a selected range of other instruments and accessories.

In the event that such removal takes place, we shall not be liable to you in any way whatsoever for such removal. Prices and details, of products and services (and any offers) posted online are subject to change without notice. All products and services are subject to availability and we give no guarantee in this regard.
Voucher codes and offers will be subject to a closing date, which will be displayed on the site.
To make a purchase:
Making a purchase is simple. Select the items you would like to purchase by clicking on the ‘add to cart’ button. After you have finished making your selections, click on “Basket” and you will be asked to register with the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website.
We also accept payment by bank transfer.
Ordering pipes with deposit:
We are now offering 2 payment options on our Reelpipes, Uilleann Pipes & Highland Pipes.
• Option 1 has a 50% deposit, with 25% payments being made at weeks 10 & 20 of your order of pipes.
• Option 2 has a 20% deposit with the following payment of 20% due at 8 weeks, and then 20% at 12 weeks, 20% at 16 weeks and the final payment at 20 weeks.
ALL pipes ordered must be paid in full before they are be shipped. Failure to keep up with payments may result in delays in your order.
Tax:
For orders originating from the UK, a 20% VAT will be applied, which is reflected in the standard prices displayed on our website. However, all orders shipped outside the UK are exempt from VAT, and the applicable VAT amount is deducted upon adding a non-UK delivery address.
Please be aware that items dispatched outside the UK may incur customs charges, and it is the customer’s responsibility to settle these charges as they arise.
Delivery Schedule:
Book and CD orders are promptly dispatched via Royal Mail. However, reelpipes, smallpipes, and uilleann pipes are customized to order, requiring approximately 20 weeks for completion. Customers purchasing pipes will be kept informed about the progress of their order and will receive notification before dispatch, along with any relevant tracking information.
All Small Pipe Reed orders are sent direct from the manufacturer. This may have a slight delay if reeds are not currently in their stock.
In the event that goods are not delivered within 7 days of the dispatch date, immediate notification is required; otherwise, we cannot assume responsibility for lost items.
Any claims related to damage during transit must be reported to Fred Morrison Pipes Ltd upon receipt of the goods.

Guarantee:
All bagpipe sets have a manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 24 months. Damaged goods are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving an order. The item(s) must be returned to us (at your own risk and cost) within 14 days.
If you do not pay for the cost of return, then we may deduct the cost of retrieving the goods from any refund due to you in respect of the order. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for all returns.
